Very friendly staff. Kept the room clean. This hotel is very close to the stadium and it is within walking distance of a few restaurants. It has good air conditioning It worked well for my friend and I.
Overall the room and bathroom is a tad small but you get what you pay for. The rates at the carefee inn were lower than anywhere else and I have no complaints about it.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Denise was especially sweet, she takes customer care to a whole new level. We booked for one night, but after the excellent service, we cancelled other reservations and stayed two additional nights. Thanks Carefree Inn for all you did and do. The Twins

Excellent staff, good services, and perfect location close enough to the NRG center and the stadium and downtown. The rooms with safe and TV, as example. Free parking on-site provided. Everything fine. Coffee and cereals for our breakfast.

They did not leave any towels or coffee in the room and the breakfast wasnt what we thought it would be.

Room was not clean there was some kind of food left in freezer that has been there no telling how long. Plumbing stoped up so they bring me a plunger, rather than call maintance. Bums sleeping in the stair wells. Internet was real slow,
